If you are a tenant and you have a repair to report, please be aware that unless it is an emergency, such as a gas leak, no heating and hot water or a major electrical fault our contractors will not be attending properties. We will maintain a record of repairs that will be need to completed once the government mandated lockdown is lifted .


As we have been informed that our work is not classed as essential, all viewings, property visits and move ins must be suspended until this is over.
