The above regulations came into Force on 23 January 2023 and apply to all buildings in England that comprise two or more domestic premises. The
PH4L is a not-for-profit organisation working in partnership with local authorities and other agencies throughout the South West. Although running a successful agency, PH4L never loses sight of our ethical values.
